He has successfully mentored individuals of all ages in areas of leadership, communication, people skills, time management, critical thinking, developing a career path, how to build a small business.

A devout Christian and believer in mentor leadership as a means of empowering others, Tom’s positive influence and ability to motivate and empower individuals as well as groups has led him to be included in the Stanford Who’s Who Black Book for 2010-2011.

An entrepreneur and engaging motivational speaker, Tom is eager to reach others who could benefit from his life, leadership, and entrepreneurial experience .

What makes Tom tick…”I live to serve God through helping others succeed.  I love to show people of all ages how they can accomplish things they thought impossible simply by taking one step at a time and not limiting their beliefs. Whether I’m writing or coaching, my goal is always excellence in myself and others.”

When he’s not working, you can find Tom reading, playing cards, watching sports, keeping his musical skills sharp on his drum set, exercising, and spending time volunteering at his church or participating in his Bible study group.
